Hours policy: Unused hours may roll over for one additional month while the plan remains active. Emergency work and critical systems may be billed at the specialist hourly rates.
Hourly rates
Public hourly rates by type of work. These apply to short tasks, support, consulting calls and ad-hoc technical work. For larger projects, fixed quotes or monthly retainers usually provide better predictability.
Billed by tracked time. Invoiced monthly. VAT not included.
